1. Where do you ship from?

At this time, we ship our items from Taiwan, where our products are made. We will begin local distribution and shipping in Indonesia in year 2017. We may also be available in other countries through authorized resellers. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive first hand updates. 


2. Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries worldwide. We are currently unable to ship to the following countries due to postal service limitations: Albania, Belize, Croatia, Greenland, Iceland, Laos, Lebanon, Macedonia, Montenegro, Morocco. Nicaragua, Philippines, Republic of Serbia, Russian Federation, Tunisia, Vatican City State and Zimbabwe.


3. What are the shipping options and fees?

Taiwan: 70 TWD for standard shipping and 100 TWD for Cash on Delivery. Free shipping for all orders above 1000 TWD.
Rest of the World: Flat rate express shipping for 500 TWD (approx. 15 USD). 


4. How long will my shipping take?

We will process all orders within 2-3 business days. Estimate transit times are as follows:
Taiwan: 2-3 business days.
China, including Hong Kong and Macau: approx. 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the World: approx. 7-15 business days after dispatch.
Please note that the estimated transit times may be delayed for international orders if they are held by your country's Customs Authority. In case of such event, the recipient will be responsible for contacting the local customs authority for shipment release. 


 What forms of payment do you accept? 

For international orders outside Taiwan, we currently accept payments by PayPal only.
For Taiwan customers, your payment will be processed via Allpay - a secure third-party payment platform. Payment options include Visa, Master Card, JCB, Web ATM, ATM and Convenience Store Code payment. At this time, Allpay checkout is offered in Chinese language only.

 Do I have to pay for custom and duty fees?

International orders outside Taiwan may be subjected to import taxes, custom fees and duties levied by your government, usually collected upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay for any extra fees incurred. Please contact your local customs authority for accurate custom and duty fees. 


 How can I track my order?

We will send you an order confirmation email upon successful purchase at tropecosmetics.com, and a shipment confirmation email including your tracking number (if applicable) once we have dispatched your order. You may also login to our website to check your order status.  


 What is your return and refund policy?

Unopened and unused purchases made at www.tropecosmetics.com may be returned for refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Email us at hello@tropecosmetics.com to process your refund, and detailed return instructions and return slip will be emailed for you to fill, and to be included in your return shipment. Your refund will be issued within 15 business days upon receipt of your return goods. Any associated shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be non-refundable.
